Contributions to the Don Owens Memorial Lodge 88, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(8) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible for INDIVIDUALS for computing income and estate taxes. Contributions from entities other than INDIVIDUALS, such as businesses, corporations, and trusts, are NOT deductible per the Internal Revenue Code. Per FOP National By-Laws, donations may only be accepted from contributors that are within the same geographical area as FOP 88.
